REAL ITALIAN GELATO, NOW IN IZMIR...

Franco Fracasso has been crafting delicious gelato in Italy since 1978. Years later, in 2010, he arrived in Çeşme, where he met Solmaz. They got married and, within a few years, decided to bring real Italian gelato to life in Türkiye with Franco’s unique touch. And that is how Da Franco was born. 

İşte,Initially serving within Çeşme Dalyan Plaza, Da Franco has continued welcoming its guests in its own space in Alaçatı Hacımemiş since the summer of 2018.


Exceptional flavor requires careful craftsmanship. That is why Da Franco gelato is produced using special equipment imported directly from Italy — including gelato machines, pasteurization equipment and blast chillers — together with Franco’s artisanal expertise and hand-crafted production.

What makes Da Franco truly special is not only its flavor, but also its natural approach. Every gelato is prepared fresh, produced the day after the order, and served in a wide variety of freshly made flavors every single day.

The gelato is low in fat and sugar, offering lighter and healthier options that can be enjoyed comfortably by people of all ages. Fresh fruits, natural high-quality ingredients with no additives, combined with daily handcrafted production, create the true taste of Italian gelato.


Thanks to Solmaz's careful selections, the finest seasonal fruits become part of every gelato. No artificial flavors or substitute additives are ever used in place of real fruit.
